1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted shortening
1/2 cup cocoa (or 2 squares melted chocolate)
1 egg
1/2 cup sweet milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and melted shortening. Add egg. Sift together cocoa, flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, and soda and add to sugar mixture. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees. Frost with chocolate frosting.
