1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
4 Cups Flour Sifted
1 tsp Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
Nuts
1-2 Cups Ground Raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening sugars and eggs. Dry sifted ingredients. Mix in ground raisins & crushed nuts. Mix all ingredients together and divide into 3 sections. roll into three rolls and freeze dough two hours. Slice off and bake 350 degrees for 10 min.
* * A good cookie to make ahead and bake when friends or family show up unexpectedly or the kids tell you they need cookies tomorrow for school...at 10 o'clock at night. **
