2 c. brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 Tbls.. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together brown sugar, oil, pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla. Mix together flour, salt baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cloves and cinnamon. Mix with wet ingredients. Drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees, 12-14 minutes. Cool, frost with cream cheese frosting.
