1 c. butter
3 T. confectioners sugar
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
apricot, nut or other fruit filling in jars

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add cream cheese and egg yolks; mix well. Add vanilla and dry ingredients; mix thoroughly. Chill dough several hours. Roll out thin on floured board. Cut into 3 inch squares. Place 1 teaspoon filling in center of each square. Fold 2 opposite corners of dough around filling; seal edges. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle additional confectioners sugar over top of baked cookies while still hot.
