Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 packaged corned beef
4-5 medium size potatoes peeled and halved
1 large or 2 medium onions diced
garlic powder
pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Corned Beef (I use my slow cooker since you don't have to pay attention and keep adding water as it cooks) along with peeled & cut potatoes.
Once meat is cooked dice up into small pieces as well as the potatoes.
In "Large saute pan" add couple of tablespoons of butter. Add diced onions and cook until soft. Add potatoes and Corned Beef. Cook for about 15-20 minutes adding water as need to insure mixture does not burn.
Once cooked add pepper and garlic powder and about 3 tbsp of butter. Meat should not need salt.

Personal Notes:
This was Grandma's original recipe for left over corned beef but with you guys there are never leftovers.
