2 sticks butter or margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl use mixer to combine butter and sugar. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and stir. Add flour, baking powder and chips to batter and mix well. Stir in pecans. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut, place on cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 350º for 14-18 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove and cool completely on rack.
