1 cup UNsalted butter
1 cupsugar
1 cup firmly packed (light) brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt

Additional: World's best cookie WITH Chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F, bake 12 to 15 minutes.

STEP-1
Beat butter & all sugars
Add egg, oil & vanilla mixing well after each addition
Add oats, cornflakes & nuts stir well.

STEP-2
Combine flour, baking soda & salt, then add this to STEP-1 & stir thoroughly.

Form into 1 to 1 & 1/2 inch balls & place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Dip fork in water, then flatten cookies.

Allow to cool on cookie sheet, 2 to 3 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
