Flour 2 c
Ground Ginger 1 tbsp.
Baking Soda 2 tsp.
Cinnamon 1 tsp.
Shortening 3/4 c
White Sugar 1 c
Egg 1
Molasses 1/4 c

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening, sugar, egg, molasses. Add dry ingredients. Roll into balls. Roll balls in white sugar. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
