1 1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
6 c. flour
finely chopped hickory nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar. Blend well. Add the remainder of the ingredients (could use other kind of nuts) and mix well. Roll into logs about 1 inch in diameter. Wrap logs in wax paper and tape shut. FREEZE. When you want to bake these cookies, remove from freezer and slice about 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 325° for 9 minutes. They smell so good and taste even better.
