1/2 cup oil 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup mashed
bananas 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup applesauce 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add the bananas and beat well with mixer. combine flour,salt and soda. Add the dry ingredients to first mixture and beat for 2 minutes. Add vanilla, applesauce and nuts. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350 40 to 45 minutes until done.
