3 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1 individual packet dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. sautern cooking wine
1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except for the sour cream, and place in a covered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. (Can be cooked longer at a lower temperature if desired). Remove casserole from oven and stir in sour cream. Mix together and ladle over cooked rice. A little milk can be added to the stroganoff while cooking if you feel it necessary.
