1 Head lettuce sliced thin
1 c. chopped celery
4 Hard boiled eggs
1 10 oz pkg. frozen peas
1 small layer lettuce
1 chopped green and red pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onions
(you can also use chopped tomatoes which have been drained, cauliflower and avocados.

Dressing
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbs. brown sugar
1 c. sour cream
mix this with savor salt and place dressing over top so there are no air holes. Cover with Saran Wrap Let set for 24 hours

Just before serving, grate cheddar cheese over top. sprinkle with chopped bacon.
