4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can sliced mushrooms 8 oz - drained
2 Tbsp shortening
Salt and pepper
1/4 Cup light cream
1/2 tsp thyme
10 whole small white onions
Parsley
Fresh Asparagus
1- 10 3/4 oz jar of chicken gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken and mushrooms in shortening. Pour of fat. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in gravy, cream and thyme. Cover, cook over low heat for 30 min. Add onion. and heat. Steam asparagus and serve over top of chicken breasts with wild rice.
