1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream
2 1/4 Cups Cake Flour
1/2 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 lb. Package Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and egg until fluffy, add vanilla & Irish Cream. Mix dry ingredients, blend with creamed mixture. Add nuts, coconut and chips. Drop by teaspoon onto un-greased baking sheet. Bake 375º for 8-10 minutes. Cool
