1 cup margarine
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups Wheaties cereal
1 c. brown sugar
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Cream shortening & sugars, add beaten eggs & vanilla. Fold in the coconut & Wheaties. Roll into quarter sized balls. Bake @ 400 on a foil lined (dull side up) 12 minutes, may less depending on your oven. The cookies spread out a lot, so space them accordingly.
