1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
8oz (2c) shredded Colby cheese
1 (4.5oz) can Chopped Chiles, drained
1/3 c sliced green onions
2/3 c chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c sour cream
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine cream cheese and Colby cheese; blend well. Stir in chiles, onions and 1/3 c of bell pepper.
2. Place mixture on sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into 12" log. Bend upper portion to form candy cane shape. Cover refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
3. Just before serving, spread candy cane w/ sour cream. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 c bell pepper in stripes to resemble candy cane;sprinkle stripes w/parsley. Serve w/crackers
