10-14 (approx. 3 lbs) apples
3/4 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar (maybe 3/4 C - Use your own judgement)
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of salt
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix with sliced apples. Line pie plate with pastry; fill with apple mixture. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Bake in 400ºF oven for 55-60 min.
