1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. vegtable oil
2 eggs
4 c. + 4 T. flour
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cream of tarter
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour, baking soda and cream of tarter, which has been mixed together. Drop dough by rounded tsp. Press with glass tumbler dipped in sugar or colored sugar for Christmas. Bake at 375º for approx. 8 minutes. Watch closely. Should not be brown.
