* 1 ½ ounces of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
* 2 ounces of coconut cream
* 1 ounce of Spriteİ, lemon-lime, or other 'fizzing' soda pop
* Hershey's Kissesİ, chocolate chips, or other small, chocolate candies
* Ice cubes

1. Place a Hershey's Kissİ (or alternative) chocolate in the bottom of the glass.

2. Mix all the virgin chocolate martini ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and then strain or pour into the chilled cocktail glass.

All of these Virgin Cocktails were researched and created for a 1920s cocktail party theme birthday party for my sister-in-law. This one is extremely rich and decadent...

Tips: You can rim of the martini glass with sugared cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, or either of the previous, with grated chocolate slivers mixed in (and refrigerate until ready to serve). I suggest, for a party, make a pitcher of the chocolate and coconut cream and chill it, and have a bottle (or three!) of fizzing soda to mix to make individual drinks.
