1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat together sugar, pumpkin, oil, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients, add and stir until smooth. Blend in raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 12- 15 min.
