3 C pumpkin
3 c sugar
1 1/2 c shortening
5 c flour
3 t baking soda
3 t baking powder
3 t cinnamon
3 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and shortening.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
Drop large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes.
