1/2 box small of small tart papers (sold next to the cupcake papers)
1 roll Pillsbury or Kroger sugar cookie dough
1 1/2 bags of creamy caramel cups or peanut butter cups
Sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Put 48 tart papers on a cookie sheet.
Cut the dough into 12 circles. (Cut roll in half, then each half in half, then each fourth into thirds)
Cut each circle into four pieces.
Put a piece of dough into each tart paper.
Bake 8-9 minutes at 350 degrees. Top of tart should just be beginning to brown (very light).
While the cookies are baking, take the wrappers off the candy.
After removing cookies from the oven, immediately press a piece of candy down into the middle of each tart. Return to oven for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle sprinkles on each cookie. Let the cookies sit on cookie sheets overnight to harden.

You can buy the bags of creamy caramels at Walmart. This recipe makes 4 dozen cookies fairly quickly.
