1 c. butter
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add flour. Roll out on floured board. Cut with desired cutter. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Frost/decorate as desired.

My best friend, Linda Faivre, gave me this recipe years ago. I love it because there is no chilling the batter, the cookies are tender and yummy, and they're easy!
