1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.

Combine sugar, shortening and peanut butter; add vanilla and egg; blend well. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and milk.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in criscross pattern with fork dipped in flour.

Bake 6-10 minutes.
