6 15” to 17” walleye or flakey fillets
2 tbl brown sugar
¾ stick real butter
2 eggs
¾ cup of plain bread crumbs
2 tsp of salt free Mrs. Dash
2 tsp of Chef Paul Prudhommes Seafood Magic
2 tbl grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a bowl in microwave, add brown sugar and stir until mixed well. Pour this evenly into the bottom of a 10 X 10 baking pan.
