1 cup flour.
1 cup pecans, chopped.
1 stick margarine.
1 cup powdered sugar.
1 (8-oz.) softened cream cheese.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
8 ounces of Cool Whip.
2 (3-oz.) packages instant chocolate pudding.
3 cups milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla

FIRST LAYER: Crust - Have 1 stick of margarine at room temperature. Blend margarine, 1 cup of chopped pecans and flour. Mix well and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degree for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
SECOND LAYER: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 8-ounces softened cream cheese, vanilla, and 1 cup Cool Whip together and pour over crust.
THIRD LAYER: Mix 2 packages instant chocolate pudding, three cups milk, and vanilla, beat all ingredients with a mixer until thick and pour over second layer.
FOURTH LAYER: Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
