1 cup unsalted butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
1 cup flour
1 cup cake flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the butter or marg., sugar, cinnamon and salt. Beat in the egg yolk until mixture is fluffy. Stir in the flours. Divide into 2 equal portions, roll into rolls and then roll in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate. Slice 1/4 inch thick and put on cookie sheet. Brush with 1 egg that has been beaten up and them sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350.
