1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup coconut
1 cup quick oats
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars with butter, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and powder and mix into creamed mixture. Stir in coconut, pecans, chocolate chips and oatmeal. Bake of 350 for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!

I don't recommend using margarine or crisco butter shortening as a butter substitute.
