Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large crock pot. Turn crock pot on high for 1 hour. Reduce to Low for 6 or 7 hours (depending on size of turkey). Cook until it is fork tender, or comes off the bone easily.
Take turkey out of broth and cool 15 minutes. Shred turkey with a fork, discarding bones and skin. Add some of the broth back to the meat to moisten it if needed, but NOT enough to make it soggy and wet. Serve on favorite bread or rolls.

Personal Notes:
My brother-in-law told me he always cooked turkey breasts in a crock pot. He sometimes puts them in frozen! This is a great meal to come home to after a busy day of work.
