Ingredients: 1 c milk chocolate chips (8 oz) 1/4 c butterscotch chips 1/4 c creamy peanut butter
FILLING: 1/4 c butter or margarine 1 c sugar 1/4 c evaporated milk (2 oz) 1 1/2 c marshmallow creme 1/4 c creamy peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 c chopped salted peanuts
CARAMEL LAYER: 1 package (14 oz) milk chocolate chips 1/4 c whipping cream 1/4 c butterscotch chips 1/4 c creamy peanut butter
ICING: 1 c (8 oz) milk chocolate chips 1/4 c butterscotch chips 1/4 c creamy peanut butter

Directions: |
Directions:Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in small saucepan. Spread in a lightly greased 13" x 9" pan. Refrigerate until set.
Filling: Melt butter in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in peanuts. Spread over first layer. Refrigerate until firm.
Caramel Layer: Combine caramels and cream in saucepan on low. Stir until melted and smooth. Spread over filling. Refrigerate until set.
Icing: Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Spread over caramel layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into 1 " squares. Store in refrigerator. |
