2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c butter or shortening
1 c peanut butter
1 c granulated sugar
1 c packed brown sugar
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside. Mix fat and peanut butter. Add both kinds of sugar and mix well. Add eggs and beat well. Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture. Make balls. Drop on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes.
