3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and roll out until about 1/4 inch thick. Cut with a round biscuit cutter or any cookie cutter. Bake at 350 º for 11-13 minutes.
