¾ cup lemon juice
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 egg yolk
3 Tablespoons Cool Whip
1 Graham Cracker pie crust
Whipped Cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon juice, milk, egg and Cool Whip in a bowl until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes (just to cook the egg). Cool for about two hours. Top with whipped cream.
