2 Loaves of Italian Bread or rolls
2 Lbs. of Italian Sausage with the casing removed
2 Tsps. Thyme
2 Tsps. Poultry Seasoning
2 Tsps. Oregano
2 Eggs
1 Large Onion - Chopped
1 Cup Chopped Celery

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage, onions and celery in butter until translucent.

Bread up bread into small pieces.

Add sausage mixture and remaining ingredients. All water to soften mixture. Put into a cassarole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350o for 1 hour.
