Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) Pepperoni slices diced, 1 can (3.25 oz.) pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped, 2 T. fresh parsley, 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, 2 T. flour, 1 garlic clove pressed, 2 pkgs. refrigerated French bread dough, 1 egg, 1 tsp. Italian seasonings, 2 T. Parmesan cheese, pizza sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine pepperoni, olives, parsley, mozzarella, flour and garlic. Mix well. Place bread seam side up and slice each loaf lengthwise, top to bottom, cutting halfway through the center of the loaf; spread open flat. Lightly sprinkle additional flour evenly over the dough. Roll dough crosswise to a 4 inch width, creating a well down the center of each loaf. Spoon half of the pepperoni mixture down the center of each loaf. Gather up the edges over the filling, pinching firmly to seal in an X pattern. Crisscross ends of the dough to form a large figure 8. Place loaves seam side down on cooking stone or cookie sheet. Beat egg white and seasoning mix: and lightly brush over dough. Using a serrated knife, cut a 3 inch slit in each of the top sections of twist to reveal the filling. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the loaf. Bake 30-32 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from pan and cool 10 minutes. Cut into 16 slices. Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.

Pizza sauce can also be spread on the dough as the first item, prior to the pizza toppings. Any pizza toppings could actually be used. Ham and cheese or vegetarian options would be good too.
