Ingredients:  
2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. sweet cream 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, cream of tartar, and cream to a soft ball stage. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat well. Pour into buttered pan. Cool. Cut with buttered knife.
